Custom Order Guidelines

We support custom design for bike types including MX, ENDURO, DUAL SPORT, ADVENTURE, MINIBIKE, ATV. The design style is based on the main reference images provided by the customer.

The basic custom design fee is fixed and will not change according to working hours or design difficulty. However, the complexity of the design solution may affect the production cycle. The final total service cost is determined by the customer’s bike type and product category.

We do not offer expedited paid services. All orders are processed strictly in the order of customer payment. The standard design period is 2 to 5 working days, and the delivery date can be confirmed through negotiation.

We strive to deliver detailed and refined design work for every customer. When the order status shows "SOLD OUT", it means we are currently occupied with ongoing work or unavailable. To ensure quality, no new orders will be accepted until the current project is completed.

Required Documents for Custom Orders

To streamline the customization process and focus efficiently on your project, please prepare the following materials:

1. Detailed real photos of your bike for customization; (Required)

2. Main reference images for the design; (Required)

3. Custom materials including logos, fonts, custom graphics and other related elements;

4. Detailed design requirements in text format, specifying the display style, layout and other details of logos, graphics and fonts for each position. If you have no specific requirements, we will arrange the design reasonably on our own, and the final work will be delivered for your confirmation, acceptance or revision.

★Step 1: Please accurately enter the model and year of your bike, and also prepare a photo of your bike.

★Step 2: Please package all the images or text materials you have prepared into a single RAR or ZIP file.
☆You must organize all the materials in single ZIP or RAR file.
☆The file size limited to 100MB; (multiple files is not supported).

★Step 4: The base fees applicable to the three design types are fixed at present.
☆According to your customized plan, the difficulty of mapping will only affect the delivery time.
☆Depending on the complexity of your customized plan, the working period is usually 2-5 working days.
☆The process of modification and acceptance is not included within the time frame.

☆Pay vinyl graphic kit, we will send Product package to Your order address.
☆Pay Printed files. We will create ZIP file and send to your email Or provide download link.

★Step 6: The copyright protection term for the final design is subject to your level of support.
☆Works that are not under copyright protection will be published and sold.
☆Personalized custom content will be deleted, such as names; Numbers, logos and images.
