1.The Differences of Maxcross Design

  • Maxcross adheres strictly to a pure order-based exclusive customization design model. Unlike standardized and template-based graphic designs available on the market, all our design creations originate entirely from customers’ actual order requirements. We do not use preset design templates, fixed design styles, or release general model updates.

  • Maxcross will not launch unified design updates for newly released models. We abandon mass-produced iterative design patterns. Only when a customer’s order explicitly requests it will we adapt and update existing store designs to match new bike body models.

  • Every graphic design produced by Maxcross is free from fixed style restrictions and pre-made templates. Each work is independently created based on the individual aesthetic preferences, usage scenarios, and exclusive demands of every customer. We provide one-on-one full-scale customization to deliver completely unique graphic products.

  • To help every customer accurately and efficiently obtain their ideal custom graphic products and enjoy a smooth customization experience, we hereby explain the complete cooperation process and customization logic of Maxcross Design.

  • Important Notice: All customers planning to place an order must read this guide carefully. This document covers our core customization mechanisms, service rules, and key cooperation guidelines. A full understanding of these rules greatly reduces communication costs and ensures efficient and smooth interaction throughout design negotiation, revision, and final delivery, helping perfectly realize your exclusive design concept.

 

2. Complete Procedures of Maxcross Custom Service

  • Traditional customization relies heavily on repeated communication to confirm detailed requirements and match customer expectations. However, since Maxcross serves customers from different countries and regions, cross-border cooperation inevitably involves language differences and time zone gaps, which may cause information delay, misunderstanding, and low communication efficiency. To avoid these problems and streamline the entire process, we have optimized our service mechanism into a customer self-preparation + ticket submission standardized workflow. This system eliminates cross-regional communication barriers and enables global customers to complete accurate and efficient customization.

2.1 Pre-Order Self-Preparation (Core Prerequisite)

  • Before submitting a customization ticket, customers must fully clarify their design expectations, including the desired style, overall appearance, and detailed effects, and complete all material preparations. This step is essential for smooth customization. First, prepare clear reference images to define your design prototype and help our designers capture your aesthetic orientation. Second, organize all LOGO materials to be applied to different positions of the bike body, either by providing high-definition LOGO files or accurate LOGO names. Finally, sort out all detailed customization requirements without ambiguity and compile them into a clear document.

  • You may choose your preferred document format: a TXT file listing all requirements item by item, or a Word file integrating text descriptions, reference pictures, and LOGO resources. Ensure all design standards and special demands are fully recorded for accurate execution.

2.2 File Packaging and Ticket Submission

  • After preparing all reference images, LOGO files, and requirement documents, package all materials into a single ZIP or RAR compressed file with complete and organized content. Next, enter the -Work Order- page of the Maxcross store, purchase the corresponding customization service via PayPal, upload the compressed package, and submit your official customization ticket.

  • Of course, not all customers can clearly know exactly what they want. It doesn’t matter if you can’t list out every specific requirement. You only need to provide one reference picture that reflects your general aesthetic preference. We can capture the thoughts hidden deep in your heart that you cannot put into words. Taking the reference image you provide as the design inspiration, we will accurately portray your unspoken wishes. This is a spiritual connection.

2.3 Order Review and Response (Within 24 Hours)

  • After receiving your ticket, our will complete a full review within 24 hours, checking file completeness, requirement rationality, and design feasibility. If we cannot accept your request, we will issue a full refund via PayPal with a detailed rejection explanation. If your order is confirmed, we will reply with the official design schedule and preview delivery time, and start the design strictly according to your submitted files.

2.4 Design Revision, Confirmation and Final Delivery

  • Our designers will complete the initial draft based on your submitted references and written requirements, then contact you for preview and verification. You may propose reasonable modification suggestions, and we will continuously optimize the design until you fully confirm the final effect. Delivery will be completed according to your purchased service type: physical Graphic Kit products will be manufactured and delivered via Fedex; digital customization services will deliver a complete printable design file package to your reserved email address to finish the service.

2.5 Custom Revision Rules & Service Agreement

  • To protect the rights and interests of both parties and standardize the customization process, all customers automatically agree to the following rules upon ticket submission. All revisions and design adjustments are strictly limited to the content and elements submitted in your ticket file. The overall design concept and core scheme must be based solely on your uploaded reference images, LOGO materials, and written requirements. Only minor adjustments including color modification, font replacement, LOGO Adjustment, and simple layout optimization are supported.

  • Complete overturning of the original scheme and re-creation of a brand-new design are Not accepting during the service process. If you request fundamental changes to the core design logic or propose entirely new demands inconsistent with your submitted ticket content, we will terminate the service and provide a full refund.

  • This is our Mutual trust custom service gentleman’s agreement. Before official delivery, customers have the right to apply for a PayPal refund. Even if we have invested working hours and manpower in preliminary design, we will still proceed with full refunds for scheme overturn requests to fully respect customer rights and avoid invalid labor, ensuring standardized and efficient service operation. 3. Introduction of Custom Modes & Order Preparation Requirements

  • To help customers prepare materials accurately, we will elaborate on the required documents and three official customization modes. Each mode has independent reference standards, material requirements, and design rules. You may select the most suitable solution according to your personal needs.

3.1 Replica Mode (Basic & Most Popular Mode)

  • Replica means exact original reproduction, which is the most widely selected and highly compatible customization mode. Its core purpose is to replicate the factory graphic design of your exact bike model and production year onto your bike body, achieving a 1:1 original visual restoration.

  • To ensure high-precision replication, customers must prepare complete supporting materials. First, provide reference images of the same bike model and production year as the core standard for pattern, color, and layout reproduction. Second, upload real photos of your own bike to help us verify bike body structure, plastic panel specifications, and detailed dimensions to guarantee perfect adaptation.

  • We will further check whether your bike body adopts standard factory specifications or customized special specifications to match the accurate design version and avoid invalid design work. In addition, you need to provide detailed personalized information including LOGO content, LOGO placement, custom numbers, custom names, main colors, and detail colors to realize personalized adjustments on the basis of original replication.

  • We allow customers to use non-original bike images as reference materials. However, due to differences in bike body structure, plastic panel size, and overall layout between different models, non-matching reference schemes usually cannot achieve factory-level fitting effects. Such cross-model style adjustments do not belong to Replica Mode and should be categorized as the advanced Transplant Mode. For such special requests, we will conduct in-depth review, provide professional evaluation and optimization suggestions, and inform you of the actual fitting effect for your final confirmation.

3.2 Transplant Mode (Advanced Professional Mode · Maxcross Core Feature Service)

  • Transplant Mode refers to migrating the visual style and design elements of any object onto your bike body. As our high-end signature service, this mode features unlimited creativity and no style constraints.

  • Available reference resources cover nearly all visual styles, including the exterior designs of various bike models, visual elements from professional gear such as racing suits and helmets, and creative styles from a wide range of industrial designs. In short, anything you can imagine and admire can serve as a design reference. We extract the core color palette, design tone, line layout, and visual texture from the reference materials. Based on the original structure and line features of the bike body, we restructure and adapt these visual elements, and integrate them perfectly into every part of the motorcycle with professional aesthetic logic.

  • The core goal of transplant design is to achieve perfect integration between the new style and the bike body. The overall visual effect will look natural, coordinated, and highly matched, just like an original supporting design of the reference style. This professional and challenging customization is Maxcross’s specialty, allowing customers to break factory style limitations and create exclusive and unique bike appearances.

  • Customers choosing Transplant Mode need to prepare clear style reference images and sort out all personalized requirements including LOGO, numbers, text, and color rules. Package all materials into a ZIP or RAR file and submit via ticket.

3.3 Theme Element Mode (Creative Art Customization Mode)

  • Theme Element Mode is a creative sticker-style customization focusing on complete and distinctive thematic visual effects. Different from Replica and Transplant Mode, it emphasizes strong artistic atmosphere and exclusive style expression. Available theme resources include cartoon characters, superheroes, movie roles, game characters, monster elements, classic racing team themes, sponsor color schemes, exclusive racing lines and block colors, and other professional and trendy thematic styles.

  • This mode aims to create a highly unified thematic visual style for the bike body, presenting a clear thematic temperament that shows the bike as a professional tribute and interpretation of the corresponding theme with strong scene atmosphere.

  • In terms of layout, core thematic elements are mainly displayed on both sides of the fuel tank and other core visual areas. Other positions are matched with coordinated background textures, lines, color blocks, and auxiliary patterns to enrich layers and unify the overall atmosphere.

  • Theme Element Mode follows exclusive design principles. Some fixed and pure thematic styles are not suitable for racing LOGOs or competition numbers, which may damage the integral artistic tone. However, personalized custom names are allowed. These professional design standards are insisted by our designers to ensure the best visual presentation and need to be understood by customers.

  • This mode requires higher definition reference images than the other two modes. Some schemes need vector processing of original images for precise attachment on the bike body. Customers may submit detailed demands, custom text, numbers, and LOGO materials. We will evaluate the compatibility of each element with the overall theme and provide professional customization suggestions.

     

4.Maxcross Custom Finalized Work Retention Period Policy

  • Maxcross offers exclusive paid protection policies for all finalized custom design works with two service tiers to safeguard clients’ exclusive right to use their designs. Clients may select the corresponding work protection tier according to their personal needs.

4.1 Custom Work Retention Period Tiers

  • 1.180-Day Protection Tier: Upon purchase, clients will receive 180 days of exclusive copyright protection for their custom design works.
  • 2.Permanent Protection Tier: Upon purchase, clients will receive permanent exclusive copyright protection for their custom design works.

4.2 Default Free Protection Policy

  • Clients who do not purchase any paid design works retention service will be provided with 30 days of free exclusive protection, effective from the date the final design work is completed and delivered or received.
  • Within the 30-day default protection period, clients may upgrade at any time to either the 180-day or permanent protection tier to extend the exclusive copyright rights of their works.

4.3 Rights and Obligations Upon Expiration of Protection Period

  • Once the 30-day default free protection period expires, the exclusive copyright protection for the custom work will terminate automatically. Maxcross shall reserve the full right to dispose of the custom design work, including but not limited to listing the work for public sale in the store. All customized private information such as names and numbers from the original order will be removed. No copyright protection or after-sales services will be provided to the original client thereafter.
